Legit – this is how I feel!!
I have been exercising for a long time now but when I went back to school in September it took a back seat in terms of priority. Now that it is part of my list I am confessing here that I am in full on PANIC MODE!!
I know that I just have to start small to get myself back into the groove and things will be good. It is the fear of failure (and muscle pain) I think that has me FREAKING out!
My plan over the HOLIDAYS is to start getting back into it slowly – at least half an hour a day at a time that works for me. Hopefully that will be enough to have me ready for January and more regular (probably early morning) workouts. Wish me luck!! 🙂
Speaking of Holidays – this will be my last post for 2017! This next week and a half will be all about family time.
Before I go – I have had a few people email me or ask me if it is ok to share my journey, and to that my answer is yes, please do! The more people to make me accountable the better.
